Hospitalist Clinical Performance Registry (H-CPR)

Committed to enhancing the quality of hospital-based care nationwide, we provide and share performance data with direct provider feedback to drive measurable improvements in patient care, while simplifying data abstraction.

Launched in 2015, H-CPR was among the first CMS approved QCDRs dedicated to inpatient and acute care. It offers clinical expertise in measure development in collaboration with the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM).

Improving the Quality of Hospital-Based Care

H-CPR is an approved Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). H-CPR supports all MIPS domains:

  • Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs)
  • Promoting Interoperability Measures
  • Improvement Activities

H-CPR also supports MIPS Value Pathway (MVP) -Advancing Care for Heart Disease
